Digital Product Policy

1. License Granted
When you purchase a digital training program, Antz Hoopz grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program for your own athletic development. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer access to others.
2. Access
Access is provided through your Antz Hoopz account. Sign in to view your enrolled programs, workouts, and progress. Access continues for the lifetime of the program unless otherwise stated at purchase.
3. Device Requirements
Programs include video demonstrations and are best viewed on a modern browser or the Antz Hoopz mobile app. A reliable internet connection is required for streaming; some content may not be available for download.
4. No Refunds After Access
Because digital content is delivered immediately and can be consumed in full, all digital program purchases are non-refundable once accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Program Updates
We may update, improve, or restructure program content over time. Enrolled athletes receive the current version of the program at no additional cost.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to record, screen-capture, download, or redistribute program videos or materials beyond personal use. Violations may result in termination of access without refund.
