1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AntzHoopz.com, our mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts and manage profiles for minor athletes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Training & Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled subject to availability. Session times, locations, and pricing are presented at booking. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy. Coach Nate and Antz Hoopz are not liable for injuries sustained during training; all participants (or their guardians) must sign a liability waiver before participating.
4. Digital Programs
Digital training programs grant a personal, non-transferable license to access the content. Access is governed by our Digital Product Policy. Once a program is purchased and accessed, refunds are limited as described in the Refund Policy.
5. Apparel & Merchandise
Apparel purchases are subject to availability and our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are handled per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
6. AAU Basketball
AAU team registration, tryouts, and season participation are subject to additional team rules, waivers, and fee agreements provided at registration. Registration fees and deposits are handled per the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Antz Hoopz — including logos, training videos, program materials, graphics, and text — is owned by Antz Hoopz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, scraping data, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Antz Hoopz provides the Services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
