Refund Policy

1. Coaching Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at AntzHoopz1@gmail.com or 832-278-4998.
2. Digital Training Programs
Because digital programs grant immediate access to downloadable and streamable training content, all digital program purchases are non-refundable once the program has been accessed or enrolled. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will make it right.
3. Apparel & Merchandise
Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email AntzHoopz1@gmail.com with your order number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. AAU Registration & Season Fees
AAU tryout registration fees are non-refundable. Season fees and deposits are non-refundable once a roster spot is confirmed. If a player is unable to participate due to injury before the season begins, contact us to discuss a possible credit toward future training.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refund timing is ultimately controlled by your card issuer.
