Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking once it ships.
2. Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is $7.99 per order within the United States. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Taxes and customs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
3. Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in an order, contact us and we will try to help.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is added to your order and visible under My Orders. You will also receive an email with tracking details.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will file a claim and work to resolve it.
